                                                    睡眠對人來說應該是天經地義的事情


                                                         可是當下有粉多人有睡眠障礙

                                                   卻是蓋上棉被,無論怎麼努力也無法入睡

                                                  愈是想睡著,神經就愈加興奮,以致無法入睡


                                                                原因是自律神經失去平衡


                                                      自律神經又分交感神經和副交感神經


                                                      這兩種神經神經負責相反的運作功能


                                                      藉此調整全身的內臟器官.血管等運作

                                                如果交感神經的運作增強,就會造成肌肉緊張


                                                        身體活動變強,這也就是覺醒的狀態
